Your order

I made a mistake in my order – what do I do?
Email us as soon as possible at hej@hunnishop.dk or reply to your order confirmation.

I haven't received an order confirmation
Check your spam filter first. Otherwise, contact us and we'll help you.


Delivery & returns

When do you ship?
We ship every weekday. Most packages in Denmark are delivered within 1–3 business days.

My package has not arrived
Check the tracking link in your email. If the package seems to be stationary, please contact us.

How do I return?
Create a return via our return portal:

• Free return in store in Christianshavn

I want to exchange for a different size
Make the exchange directly in the return portal – this way you avoid paying twice, and we will send the new item quickly. For exchanges for an item worth over DKK 249, no return fee is charged.
The return only needs to be dropped off at the parcel shop.

Can I exchange in the store?
Yes – and dogs are, of course, welcome 🐾


Items

A size is sold out – what do I do?
Sign up for stock notifications on the product or send us an email.

Do you have all items in store?
All items in stock online are generally also available in the store (subject to stock errors).

Can I order custom sizes?
Yes, selected Molly & Stitch products can be ordered in custom sizes. Contact us.

What does backorder mean?
The item is not in stock right now, but we will give you an estimated delivery time after ordering.

How do I find the right size?
Use the measurements in the size guide – breed examples are for guidance only.

How long does engraving take?
We engrave in-store, so there is usually no extra delivery time.
