Packages are dispatched every weekday.

• GLS to parcel shop: DKK 39 for purchases under DKK 499.
Free for purchases over DKK 499 (up to 20 kg)
Over 20 kg: DKK 49.
• GLS home delivery: DKK 59.
Free for purchases over DKK 1,299 (up to 25 kg)
• GLS business delivery: DKK 49.
Free for purchases over DKK 999 (up to 20 kg)
Bring
• Bring parcel shop up to 5 kg: DKK 49.
• Bring parcel shop up to 20 kg: DKK 69.
DAO
• DAO parcel shop up to 10 kg: DKK 49.
• DAO home delivery up to 4 kg: DKK 59.
We also ship to Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, UK, USA, and China.

Returns and right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of return on items purchased in the webshop.
Paid shipping is not refunded.
Items can be exchanged for a store credit for up to 60 days. For exchanges for items with a value over DKK 249, the return fee of DKK 49 is not charged.
The return period is calculated from the day you receive your order.
Cancellation must be notified no later than 30 days after receipt, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days thereafter.
Items that cannot be returned
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
• Items custom-made to your specifications (e.g., engraving)
• Items with a short expiry date
• Order-specific items that are produced or ordered specifically for you
Returns
You can return via our return portal.
Price for return label: DKK 49 (applies to customers in Denmark – not Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
You can also return for free in our store:

If you return in any other way, the package must be sent directly to the store.
We do not pick up packages from parcel shops and do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Remember that the item must be in the same condition as upon receipt.
Items with dog hair, drool, or clear signs of use may be partially or not refunded.
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, it will not be considered a cancellation. You will therefore be charged DKK 49 for the return shipping or a corresponding amount.
Condition of the item upon return
You may try the item in the same way as in a physical store.
If the item is tried on your dog:
• The dog must be dry and clean
• Remove dog hair before returning
• Original packaging must be included
If the item has been used more than for ordinary testing, its value may be impaired. In such cases, only a part of the amount will be refunded – or in some cases, nothing at all.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery and do not pick up packages from parcel shops.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The right of complaint covers material or manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by incorrect use.
In the event of an approved complaint, Hunni covers the return shipping to a reasonable extent.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish a refund to a bank account, send account and registration number to:

Uncollected packages
If you do not pick up your package from the parcel shop and it is returned to us:
• New shipment: DKK 49.
• If you do not wish for re-shipment, the return shipping fee of DKK 49 will be deducted.
