Prices

All prices on hunnishop.dk are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes.
We reserve the right to price changes, typos and out-of-stock items.


Payment

We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay.
The amount will only be deducted when your order is shipped or when it is ready for pickup in the store.
All amounts are in DKK including VAT.


Delivery

We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days. All items are shipped directly from our store in Copenhagen unless otherwise stated (order items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase).

Orders received before 1:30 PM are generally shipped the same day.

We deliver with GLS, Bring, DAO, UPS or FedEx to parcel shops or home delivery.
Shipping prices from 39 DKK – and we offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases over 499 DKK.

We deliver in Denmark (not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland) as well as to selected countries abroad. If there is currently no delivery to your country, please contact us - and we will find a solution.

NOTE: If there is no space at the selected delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location. You will be notified directly by the shipping company.


Unclaimed packages

If a package is not picked up at the parcel shop and returned to us, we can send it to you again for DKK 39. In that case, we cover the return shipping, so you only pay for the new shipment.

If you instead wish to return the order, we will refund the price of the item minus our actual shipping and handling costs (total of DKK 39 for outbound shipping + DKK 49 for return shipping).


Right of complaint

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers defects in material or manufacturing.
Depending on the situation, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a discount.

The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you discover the fault. We will cover reasonable return costs in connection with a justified complaint.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.


Refund

If you need a refund, it will generally be made to the card used for the original payment.
If this is not possible, please include your registration number and account number so that we can transfer the amount.
The information is treated confidentially and is only used for the refund.


Right of withdrawal and return

At Hunni you basically have a 30-day right of return, calculated from the day you receive your order. If you need a longer return period, please write to us - we will find a solution.

Returns in the store are always free.
When returning with shipping, it costs DKK 49, unless you purchase a new item for at least DKK 249. The new order must be noted on the return slip when you return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are only liable for any loss of value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Items that are custom-made or personalized – e.g. dog tags – cannot be returned.


Refund

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Any loss in value will be deducted from the purchase price. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or documentation of shipment.


Personal data

To shop at Hunni, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number, email and information about your purchase.
We only use your information to deliver your order and handle inquiries related to the purchase.
